The first thing to consider is the type of sink you have. There are single, two, or three-hole options.

Once you've decided on a faucet, the next step is to connect it to the water supply lines underneath the sink. Make sure to wrap the threads of the valves with a strip of Teflon plumber's tape before connecting them.
